Our History
Intercept Training has been operating for over 23 years. Our administration, student support and training teams have a wealth of knowledge across many industry sectors. We know that to facilitate a healthy learning environment, our students need to enjoy themselves whilst undertaking training and assessment.
Our programs are designed to promote learner engagement and enjoyment, allowing students to feel comfortable, knowing that their individual needs have been identified and catered for. Intercept takes time to listen to our students and have mechanisms in place to assist students with special needs, or people that are apprehensive when it comes to classroom training.
Student Administration Team
Our administration team has won many awards for customer service and are always focused on our valued students. We operate Training centres on the Central Coast and Newcastle regions in NSW, and also deliver training on a national basis for many large organisations.
Training Team
The training team are on the leading edge when it comes to industry knowledge and experience. Intercept will only engage training staff with the necessary industry experience and qualifications to ensure all students have the most recent and up to date training available. Our trainers have a strong passion for what they do and value the interaction with people from many different backgrounds during the delivery of the relevant skills and knowledge needed to start a new career pathway or perhaps progress in an existing career choice.
Management Team
Intercept Management sit on many advisory boards and consult to the regulative bodies. The management team are innovative and pride themselves on providing our clients with a standard of personal service second to none. Consultation with industry stakeholders is of paramount importance to ensure our students have the most up to date training and are “Job Ready”.
Employment
Our high standard of training has enabled us to forge strong links with employers and Employment Service Providers. Many local employers visit our classrooms to recruit well trained staff. Our trainers also have many industry contacts and advice on securing employment within a specific industry.
