"Dear Roz,

I am writing to tell you that I just finished my Certificate III in Aged Care and Home & Community Care. I have had a very bad year and thought I wouldn’t be able to cope with the course. The first few days were very challenging but I got through it all. I didn't think that I could do the homework, assignments and clinical training but I had the most amazing teachers. Firstly Tanya, who taught me invaluable things I will take with me wherever I go and then we had Wendy McNamara who I found the most caring down to earth lovely lovely lady I have ever met. I had so much fun on the course and met the most fantastic people.

I just wanted to say that my confidence has boosted since this course and I commend Wendy for all her love and support. She is such a hard and dedicated trainer and she helped us all so much. She made my life different and if I could be half the person she is I would be happy.

I would just like to say that this course has changed me and helped me get through my crisis and changed me for the better. I can’t wait to seek employment so I can have Wendy again for my Certificate IV as I want to go as far as I can now with nursing.

Once again thankyou for giving us Wendy. She is an angel on earth and I miss the class so much.
