This package includes both SITHFAB002 - Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol and SITHGAM001 - Provide Responsible Gambling Services. This package runs over 2 consecutive days.
Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol training is mandatory for anyone working or volunteering in an environment where alcohol is serviced or available.
It is a requirement of the Gambling Machines Act 2001 for Hoteliers, Managers and staff that work in areas where gambling is conducted to have completed a NSW Provide Responsible Gambling Services RCG).
This course is an essential for anyone looking to work in the hospitality industry. After successful completion of this package you will be issued an RSA/RCG competency card from Liquor and Gaming NSW.
