Our History
Intercept Training has been operating for over 25 years. Our administration, student support and training teams have a wealth of knowledge across many industry sectors. We know that to facilitate a healthy learning environment, our students need to enjoy themselves whilst undertaking training and assessment.
Our programs are designed to promote learner engagement and enjoyment, allowing students to feel comfortable, knowing that their individual needs have been identified and catered for. Intercept takes time to listen to our students and have mechanisms in place to assist students with additional needs, or people that are apprehensive when it comes to classroom training.
Student Administration Team
Our administration team has won many awards for customer service and are always focused on our valued students.
We operate multiple training centres in Tuggerah on the Central Coast as well as delivering online training nationally.

Training Team
The training team are on the leading edge when it comes to industry knowledge and experience. Intercept will only engage training staff with the necessary industry experience and qualifications to ensure all students have the most recent and up to date training available. Our trainers have a strong passion for what they do and value the interaction with people from many different backgrounds during the delivery of the relevant skills and knowledge needed to start a new career pathway or perhaps progress in an existing career choice.

Our high standard of training has enabled us to forge strong links with employers and Employment Service Providers.
Many local employers visit our classrooms to recruit well trained staff. Our trainers also have many industry contacts and advice on securing employment within a specific industry.
